On April 9th, 2006, a memorial service was held at the entrance of Del Rey Beach on the Oregon coast. Three crosses stood in the parking lot, instead of three young women. Over the next two episodes, I’ll be sharing the unsolved case of the double murder of Elena and Teresa, and the sort-of solved case of Doreen Raterman.
